my makeup for years
The makeup person at the Hudson Bay counter recommended it to me many years back. I am glad it is still available to buy. It looks very natural and smooth on my skin. I just bought alabaster again and I am still happy with it as I was 15 years ago.

It works wonders!
I decided to give this foundation a try, and it did not disappoint. It feels like having a professional finish, it also feels moisturizing without leaving any greasy sensation on the skin. My nose do keeps getting oily through the day, but I don't wear that much product on my T zone, since I don't feel like I need that much foundation in that area... still doesn't "subtracts" where I need even if I do use the same amount in all my face. (It could be my skin and not the product to be fair) But also doesn't make my face oily in the places I do wear more... So I do like it! The only thing I wish they change is adding a pump or other way to use it, since I take out more product that needed...

Looks great!
Oil-free liquid foundation that adds hydration and minimizes oil where it's needed. It doesn't settle in creases!

Shade of Makeup
I purchased CN20 Fair for very fair skin. I very fair skin with pink undertones. When I put this makeup on I looked like I had a bad spray tan on my face. It was so dark. I purchased alabaster in the Stay Matte makeup also & it was the same. What is going on with the shades? They are all so dark. I wore Stay Tru makeup in porcelain for years until you discontinued that line of makeup & it was perfect. This makeup feels good on the skin but the shade or apparently any shades aren't right. They certainly don't look like they look on the models.

My skin looks very natural
My coworker praised me the foundation I applied recently I applied looked very natural . I felt more confident. The foundation is not dry and oily, very smooth.

Good but color is off
While I like the product it's a little more matte than I would prefer but my main issue is the color. I have super fair pinky white skin with blue pink undertones and Breeze is your lightest shade but what you call very fair and most people and most companies call very fair are two very different things. This about a shade darker than my skin and way too yellow/orange to be called cool neutral. I do like the bottle though others complain they prefer a pump or tube, I disagree as I feel I have more control over the amount I take from the bottle whereas pumps tend to give more than I need. I thought I used this product in my teens but the one I had seemed a little more dewy finished and I think maybe it was called Balanced Make Up Base and not Superbalanced ? or am I remembering it incorrectly ?
