Wet skin with lukewarm water. Pump cleanser into hands and work into lather. Massage into skin in a gentle, circular motion. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry without rubbing. Cleanse morning and/or evening.

Did some research before picking up this item at my local Ulta, only to find out that it makes my face feel really hot when it touches the skin, and even hotter when I run it under water to rinse it off. Won't buy again
While I do like La Roche Posay products, this face soap, for dry skin, is not good. I inadvertently bought it instead of the one for oily skin. You need several pumps in order for it to foam up and it doesn't stay soapy. I like the soap for oily skin better as it stays foamy while washing your face. Also, the soap for oily skin worked well for my skin type which is more dry.
Burns Skin
This is my first time making a review, and I usually take them with a grain of salt. However like the past few conments have been saying, this burnt my skin as well. I had to use another face wash over it to get rid of the burning feeling and thats never happened to me before! Not good for sensitive skin & ive used this product in the past.
Saved my skin from drying out
My skin got so dry from using adapeline gel that it literally hurt, this cleasner paired with their triple repair moisturizer finally got my skin back to normal!!
Surpassed my expectations
I was skeptical about this cleanser, that it might be 'too gentle', however it cleanses my skin, removes makeup and it doesnt dry it out.
burned my skin
I wanted to give this brand a chance since it is a growing brand. This product unfortunately burned my skin more and more each time I used it, which is ironic bc its for sensitive skin... but the purifying wash by this brand seems to be working better for me.
