HOW TO: - Before Application: Gently wipe off excess product off tip of mascara wand prior to application
Wiggle brush at the base of the lashes to build volume, continue to work product to tips of lashes
This formula was designed to grip onto every lash for max volume - make sure to coat your lashes from the base to the tip
It's buildable, so layer as much as you need to reach your desired effect
PRO TIPS:
Apply one eye at a time to allow mascara to dry between layers for best application
Using the mascara wand, brush lashes in three directions to desired thickness: Inner lashes in towards nose, center up towards brow and outer corner towards ear for full fanned-out effect.

The outside packaging of this product is nice. The actual container the mascara is in is also nice because it is shaped differently and has some weight to it. It is also easy to hold. Would buy again
I received this product in exchange for my honest review . I had high hopes going into this one, and Fenty did not disappoint. The brush is unique—flat on one side and fat on the other—which actually works really well for lifting, defining, and curling. It gives great separation without clumping, and you can easily build it up for a more dramatic look.

I love this mascara it's the best one I've ever used it makes my eyelashes pop and absolutely no clumps . I love the packaging and the box design it's very eye catching . It's super easy to apply to my eyelashes. The scent isn't strong at all and it's such a great Value mascara .I love the design of the mascara itself it's easy to hold and use with a good grip as well .I love it I received this item free for giving my honest opinion

Formula change
This used to be my favorite mascara for the last few years until their recent change in formulation. Whereas before there were no chance at all for smudging under the eye, but now I not only get smudging under the eye but at the top of my eyes as well. Disappointed.
Cruise Eyes Popping
Does exactly as promised. However, the bleeding is definitely a con for me.
