I saw this on skincare tik tok a while ago and decided to try it out since it helps hydrate. Ive never used a toner before but now i cant imagine my skincare routine without it! Seriously. This is a super lightweight hydrating milky toner which after i use everytime i wash my face. I use about 3-4 drops to cover my face and neck area. I used to have dryness on my cheeks but ever since using this toner, my skin doesnt feel tight or dry anymore. Definitely recommend using this for any of my combo/oily skin gals.
