I miss the old formula
I've used this product for years - it was my go to eyeliner. But something changed recently and I've received three different tubes from different online and in-person stores that were dried out and completely unusable straight from the package. Even the bristles weren't saturated.
Disappointed
Do not buy! Bought on my last order snd it was dry straight out of the box. I thought I was the only one that got andefectove one but apparently not!! Gave me courage to speak up.
Super dry
This was my favorite eye liner. I purchased 2 and both were dry. One did even have anything in it. I thought maybe it was a one time issue. Nope. Purchased another one and it was super dry!!! Can not use! Looks like they changed the formula and its horrible!!!! Will stop using this brand!
dont waste your money:(
I literally just bought this eyeliner TODAY and tried it when i got home from the store and it was completely dried out! super clumpy and the brush was separating. Super disappointed since I have used nyx's eyeliners in the past and never had this problem. Not even sure if I should return it :p
NYX what is going on???
I've used this product for maybe 2 years now and have loved it with no issues. I started noticing these last few months that the eyeliner was drying out much quicker than usual (was needing a new one after about 2 weeks). Now they come completely dried out with ZERO product!!! I ordered one online and it came dried out and got a replacement ordered through customer support and the new was also dried out!!! NYX what is going on???
