Research Results
- In a consumer-perception study on 25 women ranging in age from 35 to 65:
- 92% agreed the eye area appeared smoother

- Start by cleansing with a non-oily cleanser. Avoid using eye cream if possible. If you prefer to use eye cream, allow the product to fully absorb and dry.
- Shake the tube and squeeze out a pea-size amount on the top of the hand.
- Using fingertips or a clean, dry makeup brush, pick up a tiny amount of the product and apply onto a completely dry eye area for best results.
- Using upward strokes, spread a thin layer of the gel onto the under-eye area, crow's feet, "11" lines between the brows, and beneath and above the brow bone (but not on the moveable eyelid).
- Let the product dry for approximately 5 minutes while remaining expressionless. Do not squint or smile.
- If you notice any white residue, moisten a cotton swab (or your fingertip) and remove excess by gently patting the edges.
- Once the product is completely dry, you are good to go! You can gently pat on makeup, such as eyeshadow, under-eye concealer or powder. To prolong the effects of Instant FIRMx Eye, avoid water-based makeup.

Magic in a Tube, With Only One Flaw
This stuff is pure magic. It works, and it lasts all day. The only downfall: I have to choose between it and concealer. I've heard other reviewers suggest mixing it with concealer, but I haven't managed to make that work for me. If PTR ever comes out with a product that combines the two - Firmx Eye ...

I was so excited to get this product. However, the magic undoes itself if you add anything on top of it. Moisturizer, eye cream, foundation, concealer, it brings the puffiness all back. I gave it 3 stars because it DOES work... But ... I wear makeup so its its not for a girl who loves her coverup. B...

Not worth the money
It's great when you can get just the right amount. Too much leaves a white residue and not enough doesn't do anything.
I would not buy this product again
The only reason I would not buy it is because I like to super moisturize and this product calls for a clean dry skin to apply

This product has a lot of hype but it wasn't for me I am 48 with normal skin and this product goes on like glue thus the firming effect it's not for me my skin feels stiff with it
I should have passed on this
Unfortunately I did not love this, like this or use this more than twice. It's not, in my opinion for brown skin. It wears like the paste from way back when. In case you wonder I followed directions exactly. Left a white cast as well. No stars!
Bought For My Daughter
My daughter really likes the results she gets from this product and I actually see a difference before and after. Seems to last for hours. While I was shopping with her in Ulta I bought her a tube.
