Pour in 2 cupfuls of Epsom Salt Soaking Solution under warm, running water to transform an ordinary bath into a gentle, moisturizing spa. Soak for 20 minutes.

Ok
I typically take the salt baths when I'm really sore from the gym. The lavender aspect seemed like a nice relaxing touch. Unfortunately, I just didn't smell the lavender after the salt was in the water. The bag smelled nice, but that's not helpful. Reasonable price for bag of salt but don't get ...

I love this product. I soak my body with this often for sore muscles and it really helps
Unpleasant smell
I've tried several of the products in the Dr. Teal's line, and I would not recommend any of them if you are sensitive to fragrance. I have used other scented Epsom salts and even made my own and never had a problem. The smell lingers to the point I had to clean my bathtub to get rid of my headache.
Wonderful product but sad price
Nothing at all is wrong with the product— you can just get the same exact size and flavor though a large, blue shipping company named after a rainforest, for half the price

Again, this product is reliable. The scent is light, thankfully. And it is always a major aid in my dry skin. It's perfect for all ages and even has helped to calm skin issues on my dog. Use caution when doing this on your animals. You may not know how they react. Small areas to start on.
